Real Estate Investing - Goal Setting Critical for Success 2009

 Real Estate Investing success comes from Education and Goal Settings.  I am going to talk about Real Estate Success with Goal Setting for 2009 as the same topic.  You need to have one with the other for success.  Success comes from your visions in your mind.  What dreams and goals do you in vision with Real Estate Investing?  On my last Blog I talked about writing down 100 reasons WHY you want to start investing in Real Estate.  The WHY is your is your motivation factor and your GOALS.

I look back at my success and everything started with a vision in my mind and writing down my vision.  I wrote down I wanted to own a duplex close to my house.  This duplex is 10 miles away from my house.  All of the gurus books, audios I listened to back 2 ½ years ago instructed me to buy close to my house.  So I did.  I envisioned me buying a duplex.  I know in my mind I wanted a duplex vs. a single family home so I started to shop.  My goal was to own a duplex close to my house with a 10 minute drive and buy it prior to 2006.  Guess What, I purchased this duplex December 2006.
