Real Estate investing success happens in your mind first before it happens in your reality.  I have been studying wealth building for over 3 years now.   All of the books, CDs or seminars I attend.  They all tell me the same thing; it starts in your mind.

I attended Marshal Sylver’s Turning Point Seminar over 6 months ago.  Marshal teaches you how to train your mind for success. 

To be strong; and overcome adversaries in real estate investing we need a strong mind.

Here is a question that I want you to answer out loud to yourself below:

How are you going to react to the word NO?  (real estate investing involves the word NO to build your real estate empire)

Are you going to quit after the first NO?  What about after the 10th NO?  What about after the 100th NO?

You need to learn to train your mind and learn how to respond when you are told NO.

Through Marshal Sylver’s Turning Point Seminar; I listen to his CD 3-4 times a week.  This CD keeps my mind strong so when adversities strike throughout the day, my mind is strong.  A strong mind teaches you to react differently to the issue at hand.  Now you listen to the issue and automatically get your mind working on a creative solution. 

Otherwise, you tend to over react and bad thoughts and words come out.  When this situation happens your mind shuts down to creativity and you focus on the negative aspect.  Many real estate investors at this point completely give up.

Real Estate Investing – Bank Loans

 Real Estate Investing today brings challenges with acquiring bank loans.  My partner and I were denied twice last week by two banks.  So last Friday evening and Saturday, I ponder on how to get refinancing of our Green Bay Single Family Home?

Are you wonder how to get the money for real estate investing?  Are we giving up?

Then I thought about it; I need to contact small banks in the Green Bay area.  If one turns me down then I will call another one.  I will repeat this process until I find one.

So Guess, what I am doing today??

You guessed it, calling Banks!!!

I set aside all day today for me to contact banks in the Green Bay area.  I will not allow any interruptions by telemarketers or family contacts until I find a bank to refinance our investment.

                My first step:

·         Google banks in Green Bay Area

·         Pick up the phone and start calling (be prepared for rejection, because the more I hear NO; YES is right around the corner)

·         Asking for 60% Loan to Value (reasonable request)

Key to successful real estate investing is persistence.  Only losers give up!  Winners keep climbing the mountain until they reach the top.

Keep your eye on your target and you will reach it!

Real Estate Investing – I Can!
