Real Estate investing success happens in your mind first before it happens in your reality.  I have been studying wealth building for over 3 years now.   All of the books, CDs or seminars I attend.  They all tell me the same thing; it starts in your mind.

I attended Marshal Sylver’s Turning Point Seminar over 6 months ago.  Marshal teaches you how to train your mind for success. 

To be strong; and overcome adversaries in real estate investing we need a strong mind.

Here is a question that I want you to answer out loud to yourself below:

How are you going to react to the word NO?  (real estate investing involves the word NO to build your real estate empire)

Are you going to quit after the first NO?  What about after the 10th NO?  What about after the 100th NO?

You need to learn to train your mind and learn how to respond when you are told NO.

Through Marshal Sylver’s Turning Point Seminar; I listen to his CD 3-4 times a week.  This CD keeps my mind strong so when adversities strike throughout the day, my mind is strong.  A strong mind teaches you to react differently to the issue at hand.  Now you listen to the issue and automatically get your mind working on a creative solution. 

Otherwise, you tend to over react and bad thoughts and words come out.  When this situation happens your mind shuts down to creativity and you focus on the negative aspect.  Many real estate investors at this point completely give up.

The other series I find extremely helpful is Bob Proctor’s sixminutestosuccess program.  

This program is awesome and I get to listen to Mr. Proctor five times a week without taking time out of my busy real estate investing business to attend a three day seminar.

The other aspect is he teaches in small bites of information.   You get to retain the information due to receiving the information daily.   He teaches you to think, ponder on his daily teaches throughout the day.

Bob Proctor has taught me many positive skills.  He recommends books to read to assist in your education and to put the correct books in your libraries.  Bob has over 3,000 books in his library.   I by far have a long way to go to compete with Bob’s magnificent library. 

Between tapes and books, I have over 100 audio programs on real estate investing, wealth building and Mind Power.  As they say, all millionaires have a library in their house.
